The data
Every number comes from public CMS plan data.
Four plan years
From the plan data CMS publishes each year.
Per month and per year
Each allowance shows its period, with the monthly and yearly amounts under it.
Next year, in the fall
Each benefit's new value, or "same", once CMS publishes it.
The agent confirms
In the plan's Summary of Benefits or Evidence of Coverage, before quoting or enrolling.
